Legal and AI disclosures
Omnific LLC operates omniaxiom.com, omniaxiom.ai, and omniaxiom.io. This is the shared reference for the three websites. These summaries do not replace a signed order, product license, or applicable law.
Services covered
These notices cover the public services Omnific LLC offers on the three websites. An internal code name, archive catalog, or local-dev list is not an offer. A product page can describe a feature without making this notice a price list, a warranty, or a certification.
omniaxiom.com — seats and desks
The company site sells workstation seats and the capabilities that ride with them. A seat is a membership for a governed desk: an IDE, a terminal, and a manuscript editor, on machines you enroll. The public desks are Portfolio, Financial, Collaborative, Knowledge, Writer, Developer, Research, Architect, Legal, Cyber, Marketing, Polymath, AI Team, Student, SRE, Digital Twin, Archive, Mission Control, Sales, Customer XP, Compliance, Library, Talent. A desk named Legal, Financial, Cyber, or Compliance is a work surface. It is not a law firm, broker, security retainer, or compliance certification.
Seat memberships shown on the site are Standard, Personal, Pro, Business, Enterprise, Institution. The Standard seat tier is a fourteen-day trial with basic features. After that, a paid membership is a separate choice. A Business purchase of one desk does not unlock another. Enterprise membership may exchange features between desks. Institution includes the workstation features described for that seat. Tokens are not included in a seat.
The same site describes Secure Private-Network Setup, Omni AI Squad, and Portfolio Project Intelligence. Private-network setup connects enrolled machines. Local models and files can remain on your hardware. Optional hosted AI still processes what you send to it. Squad features are software agents with the approval and audit behavior described on the product page, not human employees. Portfolio intelligence is a view of repositories and delivery signals you connect. It does not promise that every repository, score, or responder is complete.
omniaxiom.ai — House, models, and tokens
The House is where you sign in, connect a local model, use chat and practice surfaces a plan unlocks, and read about personas and protection. Paid capabilities bought on .com are intended to unlock on .ai for the same account path. Availability still depends on the feature, the seat, and a successful sign-in.
Public model classes are Standard, Super, Hyper, Ultra, Supreme, Omni, Special, Transcendent, God, Symbol, Digit. Any offered seat can pair with any offered model. These names, including God, Symbol, and Digit, are product labels. They are not claims of personhood, divinity, professional licensure, or that a class is a particular third-party weight. Third-party weight licenses are on the model-license guide.
Professional persona ranks shown on the House are Sisters, Prodigies, Masters, Polymaths, Fellows, State Leaders, Anonymous. A persona is software. It is not a licensed professional, and it does not create a professional-client relationship.
Tokens are separate from a seat. The House describes a fixed monthly amount, pay as you go, or a weekly allowance. When a balance is exhausted, the choices shown there may include buying more tokens, using an Omniaxiom API key, or connecting a third-party key such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or xAI where that path is offered. A third-party key is billed by that provider. This notice does not set token prices.
omniaxiom.io — Omni-Encryption and developer entry points
The public .io product is Omni-Encryption: second-layer authenticated encryption for agent-fleet traffic. Lab is the open-core library you can self-host. Fleet and Sovereign are access or enterprise arrangements, not a published price. Omni-Encryption sits on top of TLS and other controls you already run. It does not replace TLS on public third-party APIs, disk encryption, or identity systems, and it is not a certification of regulatory compliance or a promise of protection against every threat. Protocol details and measurements on the product page describe that build. They are not warranties in this notice.
Docs, API, SDK, CLI, playground, notebooks, and signup are developer entry points. They do not mean every route is a generally available paid product. Products that appear only in an internal registry or a local-dev OS-line archive are not offered by these notices.
Acceptable use
Use services only for lawful, authorized purposes. Do not use them for fraud, exploitation of children, threats, non-consensual intimate imagery, infringement, unauthorized surveillance, or attacks on systems you do not have permission to test. Respect access controls, usage limits, and applicable model-provider policies. A workstation, persona, or model class does not authorize you to practice law, medicine, finance, security testing, or another regulated profession without the license and authority that profession requires.
Do not misrepresent AI as a human professional. Use appropriate human review for consequential decisions. Report suspected misuse through the contact below without sending credentials or unnecessary personal information.
AI limitations and processing
AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or non-unique. Verify important results before acting on them. They are not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Product names describing consciousness, awareness, or cognizance are not claims of human identity or sentience.
Local runtimes and hosted services have different data flows. Hosted requests may transmit prompts, files, and context to the configured provider. Account, support, and optional online features can communicate with servers even when inference is local. Review the Privacy Noticeand the selected provider's terms before sending sensitive data.
Content and data rights
Submit only material you are authorized to use and process. Rights in inputs and outputs depend on applicable law and the relevant service and provider agreements. AI output is not guaranteed to be exclusive, copyrightable, or free of third-party rights.
For access, correction, deletion, or portability requests, use the contact in the Privacy Notice. Available rights and retention exceptions depend on applicable law and the service. Do not assume an export button, a fixed deletion deadline, or a provider-wide no-training guarantee.
Accessibility
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact us with the page URL, the task you were attempting, and any browser or assistive technology details you wish to share. You can also request an alternative format. This notice is not a certification of WCAG conformance and does not promise a remediation date.
Software and model attribution
Third-party names identify their owners and do not imply endorsement or partnership. Software and model licenses can require license copies, copyright notices, attribution, or notices of modifications. Open weights are not necessarily open source or unrestricted.
Consult the model-license guide and the license and notices supplied with the exact artifact. This summary is not a complete third-party notice bundle and does not replace notices required for a distributed product.
Developer integrations
Customer-facing automation requires authorized API or deployment access under the applicable agreement. A consumer chat subscription does not itself provide API access. Keep API keys server-side, limit their permissions, and never embed private credentials in public code or prompts.
Explain AI processing to your users and obtain any required authority to send their data to a provider. Confirm contractual, residency, retention, and regulated-data requirements before enabling a feature. Security features or encryption alone do not establish regulatory compliance or guarantee protection against every threat.
Billing and purchases
A workstation seat, a token purchase, and an Omni-Encryption arrangement are separate. The Standard seat tier is a fourteen-day trial with basic features; a later membership, token amount, and any Fleet or Sovereign access must be chosen on their own terms. Before purchasing, review the price, billing interval, usage charges, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms shown in the applicable order or checkout. Third-party provider usage may be billed separately. This summary does not set prices, authorize automatic renewal, or replace mandatory consumer rights. Ask us to clarify any missing or inconsistent purchase terms before paying.
Feedback and beta features
Do not include secrets or third-party confidential material in feedback. Review any feature-specific beta conditions before use. This notice does not assign your intellectual property, grant a feedback license, or promise continued availability of a beta feature.
